Group Tours with Gaya

The cancellation of the cruise reservation by the client can be made up to 48 hours before the cruise date with a full refund of the amount paid. If the tour cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the start of the cruise, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Private Tours with Gaya and The Last

The cancellation of the cruise reservation by the client can be made up to 7 days before the cruise date with a full refund of the amount paid. After this period, no refund will be issued.

Private Tours with Orcinus and Rabelo

The cancellation of the cruise reservation by the client must be made at least 30 days before the cruise date to receive a full refund. If the cancellation occurs up to 15 days before the cruise date, 50% of the total amount will be refunded; after this period, no refund will be issued.

Cruises on Special Days

Up to 30 days before the event date, 25% of the total reservation amount will be refunded.
After the 30-day period, no refund will be issued.

Special Days: São João, New Year’s Eve, etc.

Notes:

Porto River Cruise reserves the right to cancel any cruise if:

• there is not a minimum number of participants, in which case another schedule will be suggested

• an event beyond its control occurs (such as adverse weather conditions preventing navigation or an unexpected technical issue)

In case of delays in the vessel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical failure or delays at a navigation lock), Porto River Cruise may be forced to cancel certain planned services. The cost of these unprovided services will be refunded to the clients.
